rescheduling Policy

THERE ARE NO CANCELLATIONS, only rescheduling is permitted.
Cancellation will result in 100% of the deposit being charged.
Any rescheduling of detailing services must be made with 48 hours' notice; if not, 50% of the deposit will be charged.
No-call-no-show will result in 100% of the deposit being charged.
Superior Detail reserves the right to alter or move a booking by hours if staff levels, weather conditions, or equipment failure occur without penalty to the company.
The price of service can change based on the size and condition of the vehicle. Excessive pet hair, dirt, sand, body fluids, and water spots are a few examples.
